Youth Fusion is an international organization founded in Québec in 2009 by Gabriel Bran Lopez.
Our mission is to contribute to student retention, guidance & employability, and youth civic engagement, by implementing innovative experiential learning projects that create ongoing links between schools and the community.
Our vision
We want every youth, without distinction, to have an educational experience that enables them to achieve their full potential. We believe that every student has the right to benefit from an enriching and meaningful educational experience that helps them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Our Mission
We are convinced that our unique, innovative and complementary approach and programs, which have a major impact on youth’s school retention, employability, orientation and civic engagement, will enable us to achieve our ambition.
We work closely with schools, teachers and community members to offer interdisciplinary educational programs that meet students’ needs.
Our Model
We have developed a unique model of experiential learning based on a variety of innovative pedagogical programs. These programs allow students to acquire interdisciplinary competencies, to discover occupations and to spark passions thanks to the whole community that supports school perseverance.
Our programs are implemented during school hours and after-school throughout the school year, and are carried out in close collaboration with schools, teachers and community members.

Our coordinators and Mentors
Our coordinators, mainly graduate students employed by the organization, develop projects in their field of study with elementary and high school students and build close, meaningful relationships with them, valuing continuity and attendance.
About our Mentors, there are employees of companies and community organizations in fields related to the projects. They are assigned to the schools to help youth discover career possibilities and support them in achieving their goals in their classroom projects.

Territorial Acknowledegement
Youth Fusion’s office is located on Tio’ti:ake, which you may also know as Montreal.
The Kanien’keha:ka and Anishnabeg Nations are recognized today as the custodians of this land and water on which our offices are located. We would like to further acknowledge the territories of the Nations we have served over the years, those of the Inuit, Cree, Ilnu, Mi'kmaq, Wolastoqiyik, Ojibwa, and Kanien'kéha.
