These projects aim to value and cultivate the abilities and interests of young people so that everyone can achieve their potential, both at school and in the community. Project coordinators in Indigenous communities have 3 main areas of activity:

    1. Organizing extra-curricular activities related to the program
    2. Working with teachers to develop and animate classroom activities that help make academic knowledge more relevant for students;

    PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

    Youth Fusion offers a wide variety of programs. This job offer is specific to the Science of the Land program. This program aims to empower students to pursue their curiosity for land-based activities and sciences. The in-class and afterschool activities combine hands-on scientific activities with traditional and cultural activities relating to the territory. The collaboration with community members and elders is essential in this project, as they have a deep understanding of the land and living beings, and the importance of honouring this relationship. With their support and through the organization of multiple outings, the youth can develop further knowledge of the land and their environment.
